Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) to make a donation.

2. Donations

• A donation of ₹1000 sponsors one real tree, planted by our partners.
• Payments are made via UPI to the ID displayed on the donation page.
• Your donation is verified manually using the transaction ID and screenshot you submit.
• Once verified, a unique Tree ID and certificate are issued to your account.

3. Tree Sponsorship

Sponsored trees are planted at partner sites. Exact GPS locations, species, and growth updates are provided through your dashboard. Trees remain the responsibility of the planting partner; sponsorship is symbolic and does not transfer ownership of land.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not access or attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and certificate designs are owned by Plant A Tree. You may share your own certificate but may not resell or modify our materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, network failures, or third-party planting delays beyond our control.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
